If you are looking for Alfa Systems Pvt. Ltd., we are over at Plot No. 417 in the Gidc Ind. Estate. It’s a standard industrial shed like most of the ones around here. Inside, you’ll find a mix of computer parts, wires, and some heavier assembly tools. It’s not always the neatest place, especially when we are in the middle of a big project and there are parts spread out over all the workbenches. We aren't the type to wear suits or sit in meetings all day. Usually, we are hunched over a component or trying to figure out why a particular piece of equipment isn't behaving. The lighting isn't great, but we have some extra lamps for the detailed stuff. Most of us have been working in this estate for years, so we know the guys at the tea stall and the delivery drivers pretty well. We don't have a big marketing team or a polished website; we mostly just talk to people on the phone and write down orders in a big ledger. Sometimes the roof leaks a little when the monsoon rains are really heavy, so we have to move the sensitive stuff to the center of the room. It’s just the way things are here. We show up, do the technical work, and try to get home before the traffic gets too bad. It’s a simple way to make a living and we like the hands-on part of it.
