We are located over at Plot No. 662-666 in the GIDC Estate in Waghodia. It’s a big spot here in the Vadodara district of Gujarat. The morning starts early for most of us, driving through the estate gates as the sun comes up over the buildings. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, especially around the middle of the year. Our space covers several plots, which means there is a lot of walking back and forth between the different sections throughout the day. People here know us as the place making pharmacaps. It isn't a fancy office with big glass walls, just a solid work site where things get done. You can usually find someone near the loading area checking on the trucks coming in. The GIDC area stays busy all day with different companies all around us. We have been part of this Waghodia industrial community for quite a while now. Most people who work here live nearby or commute from the city side of Vadodara. It takes some time to get out here, but the routine is steady. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. The focus is just on the daily production schedule and making sure everything is moving. It's just a regular place where local people show up to work every day of the week.
