Our place is at 703 in the GIDC Makarpura area of Vadodara. If you know GIDC, you know it’s mostly just factories and warehouses everywhere. It gets pretty hot here in the summer, especially with all the machinery running nearby. We do pharmaceutical stuff. It involves a lot of lab coats and keeping things very clean, which is a bit of a contrast to the dusty roads outside. We’ve been at this spot for years. The building is functional. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist who offers you fancy coffee. Usually, you just walk in and see someone busy at a desk. We spend most of our time looking at batches and making sure the quality is where it needs to be. It’s quiet work in a way, even though the industrial estate is loud. We have a small team. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we know how everyone likes their tea. We don't do much in the way of selling ourselves. We just make the products and get them out the door. Vadodara is a good place for this kind of work. There are plenty of suppliers nearby. Sometimes the logistics get messy when the roads are under repair, but we manage to keep things on track. It’s just a standard day-to-day operation for us here.
