We are based out of 103 Rushi Apartment. It's a bit tucked away behind Parth Avenue on Vasna Road. Not many people find it on the first try if they aren't from the neighborhood. It's more of a residential-looking building than a big glass office tower. That suits us just fine. Waferwire Technology Solutions Private Limited has a small team. We don't have a receptionist or a big waiting area. It’s just a flat that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s cozy, though it gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. The area around Vasna Road is usually okay, not too much noise from the main road reaching us here. We mostly just drink a lot of coffee and stay at our computers. There’s a small balcony where some of us go to take a break. It's not fancy. We have some old desks and chairs that have been with us since we started. It feels like home in a way, probably because it is an apartment. We know the neighbors. Sometimes we have to remind people not to park in the spots belonging to the other residents. It’s just a small local operation. No big speeches or fancy perks here. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and try to finish before it gets too late. It’s a simple way of working here in Vadodara.
