Vrunda Telecom

Vrunda Telecom is located over in Simri, right inside Dahanukar Colony. It’s a nice area, a bit more residential than the main market spots. We mostly deal with phone recharges, new connections, and fixing small screen issues. It’s a small shop, so we know most of the families who live around here. Sometimes kids come in to look at the latest phone cases or just to ask about data plans. It’s a friendly vibe. We opened up here because it seemed like a good place to help out the neighbors with their tech problems. The walls are covered with posters for different mobile networks. We have a couple of chairs for people to wait while we process their paperwork. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We take our time and make sure the settings on the phones are right before the customer leaves. Dahanukar Colony is a quiet place for the most part, which we like. We don’t have any fancy uniforms or big slogans. It’s just us, some tools, and a lot of SIM cards. On rainy days, it gets a bit slow, so we just sit back and organize the inventory or talk about the local news. It’s a decent way to spend the day. We’ve become part of the local routine for many people here. If someone has a problem with their mobile, they just walk over and we see what we can do.
