We've been at 111/112 on R C Dutt Road in Alkapuri for a while now. Most people know us as the place to go when a screen cracks or if you need a charger that actually works. It's not a big fancy showroom, just a straightforward shop where we keep busy fixing handsets. My brother and I started this because we liked taking things apart and putting them back together. There’s always someone coming in with a phone that won't turn on or looking for a cheap cover that doesn't fall apart. It gets a bit crowded in here on Saturday afternoons, but we try to get through the pile of repairs as fast as we can. The noise from the traffic on R C Dutt Road is pretty constant, but you get used to it after a few months. We mostly deal with the regulars from around the neighborhood who just want their tech to work without spending a fortune. Sometimes the tea man from the corner stops by with a tray, and we take a five-minute break, but mostly it's just work. We don't have a big team or anything, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard and some tiny screws. If you walk past the main Alkapuri stretch, you’ll see our sign hanging slightly crooked. It's nothing special to look at, but we’ve got what most people are looking for. We keep local hours, usually opening up once the morning rush dies down.
