Jay Communication

Jay Communication is a small shop located in Pratap Nagar 11. We have been here for a while now, mostly helping people with their phone issues and recharges. It is not a very large space, just enough for a counter and some shelves with accessories. Pratap Nagar is a busy spot, so there is always someone walking past the door. We see a lot of the same faces every day, neighbors mostly. Some come in just to ask about a new plan or to fix a cracked screen. We try to keep the basic parts in stock so people don't have to wait too long. It gets a bit cramped when more than three people are inside at once, but we make it work. The fan on the ceiling makes a bit of noise, but it keeps us cool enough during the heat. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or big lights. It's just a place to get your mobile stuff sorted out without much fuss. Usually, we are open until late because that's when most people finish work and stop by on their way home. We just handle the daily walk-ins and try to be helpful. It’s a simple business and we like being part of the local community here in Pratap Nagar. Sometimes we forget to turn the sign off at night.
