We open up early most mornings here on Harni Road. The shop is at F B 2, which isn't hard to find if you know the area. People come in for all sorts of things, mostly related to their mobile connections or paying bills. It gets busy around noon, then quiet for a bit. We spend a lot of time just answering basic questions about data plans or why a phone isn't working right. Some days are slow and we just sit here watching the traffic go by outside. It's a small place, nothing fancy. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. Most of our regulars live nearby and stop in while they’re out doing other errands. The air conditioning works okay, which is good in the heat. Sometimes the system is slow, and we have to tell people to wait a few minutes. It’s just how it goes. We keep the shelves stocked with the usual stuff you’d expect. Nothing too exciting happens, but we like being part of the neighborhood. Usually, we're wrapping things up by evening. If you’re walking past F B 2, you’ll see us. We don't have a big sign or anything like that, just the usual setup. It’s a job, and we try to do it right without making a big deal out of it. We mostly deal with SIM swaps and recharges. We have a small stool for people to sit on if there's a queue. The floor needs a good sweep every few hours because of the dust from the road.
