Om Communications

Om Communications is located at Pratapganj 519. We are tucked away in a spot that’s fairly easy to find once you know where you are going. We handle a bit of everything related to phones and communication services. It is a quiet enough place most mornings, then it picks up around lunch. We don't have any big marketing slogans or anything like that. We just open the shutters, sweep the floor, and wait for the first customer. The shop is filled with boxes of different parts and some older models we keep for spares. We’ve got a small TV in the corner that we keep on for the news. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the door if it’s a heavy storm, but we put a bucket there and it’s fine. We know most of the regulars by name since they’ve been coming here for years. It’s not the most modern shop in the world, but it works for us and the people in Pratapganj. We spend time fixing things that others might just throw away. It’s practical work and it keeps us busy. We don't make a big deal out of things, we just do the job and hope the customer is satisfied enough to come back next time. The old wooden counter has a lot of scratches from all the phones we've repaired.
