Vijay Communication & Mobile Store

Vijay Communication & Mobile Store is located over in Raopura, specifically in B Block on Gurukul Road. It is a busy street with plenty of people moving back and forth all day long. We started this small mobile shop because we liked gadgets and wanted to stay in the local area where we grew up. The shop isn't very large, so things can feel a bit tight when more than three people are inside at once looking at the displays. We have glass counters filled with different phones and accessories, mostly just the stuff people ask for every day like chargers or cables. Sometimes the light in here flickers a bit, but we have gotten used to it and it does not bother us much anymore. People come in mostly for recharges or to get a screen guard put on properly without any bubbles underneath. We do not have a big team, just a few of us who know our way around a mobile phone. Gurukul Road gets quite lively in the evenings, and that is usually our busiest time of the day. We try to get through the repairs as fast as we can, though some take longer than others if the parts are hard to find. It is a straightforward shop, no fancy branding or uniforms for the staff. We just sit here, talk to the customers, and try to make sure they leave with their phones working again. It is a decent living and we like being part of the Raopura community.
