Urvashi Telecom

Our little shop, Urvashi Telecom, is tucked away on Gorwa I M Merchant Road near Masjid Bunder. If you know this area, you know how busy it gets with all the trucks and people moving about. We have been here for a good while now, just handling the daily stuff that comes with running a phone place in such a crowded neighborhood. The shop isn't very big, and sometimes the fan on the ceiling makes a bit of a rattling noise when it is turned up high, but it keeps us cool enough during the summer months. Most of the day is spent talking to folks from around the block who stop in because their charger stopped working or they need a new SIM card. We have some stools for people to sit on while they wait, though they are a bit old now. The street outside is always noisy with horns and people shouting, but inside we just focus on the work at hand. It is a simple life here on Merchant Road. We open up early most days because the morning crowd is usually looking for quick help before they head off to their own jobs. It is not a fancy place by any means, just a regular spot where you can find us behind the counter most hours of the day. We have some dusty posters on the walls and a lot of wires tangled up behind the desk, but we know where everything is.
