Universal Travel Planners

Universal Travel Planners is on the ground floor of the Glactor building, right next to the Pizza Bell in Alkapuri, Vadodara. Alkapuri is a bit of a nicer area compared to the old city, but our office is still a very down-to-earth place. We are in the building that used to be called the Councered Building, or at least that is how some people still know it. Being near the Pizza Bell is handy because everyone knows where that is. We spend our days planning out trips for people who want to go on holiday or have to travel for work. It is a lot of looking at maps and checking prices on the screen. The office has a few desks and some chairs for clients. It is not overly decorated, just functional. We have been here for a while and we have a regular routine. In the mornings, we get the computers started and check all the emails that came in overnight. Alkapuri can get quite busy with shoppers and office workers, so there is always someone walking past the window. We like being on the ground floor because it makes it easy for people to just pop in and ask a quick question without having to climb any stairs. We don't have a big mission or anything like that; we just try to be helpful and get the planning done right so people don't have problems later on. It is just a normal travel office run by normal people.
