Rapid Travels

Rapid Travels is located at Plot No. G-12 in Swastik Chambers. We are very close to the Makapura Bus Depot in the Gidc Ind. Estate, which makes it easy for travelers to find us. Being near the bus depot means there is always a lot of movement outside—buses coming and going, people carrying bags, and plenty of traffic. Our office in Swastik Chambers is small and basic. We have a counter where people can come up and talk to us, and a few old chairs that have been here since we opened. The walls are mostly bare, except for some schedules and a clock that’s usually a few minutes fast. We spend our day handling bookings and trying to help people get where they need to go on time. Because we are in the Gidc area, we get a lot of workers from the nearby factories coming in to book tickets for their trips back home. It can get pretty hectic during the holiday seasons, with people crowded into the small space of G-12, but we just handle them one by one. We don't have any big slogans or fancy uniforms. It is just us in our regular clothes, working the phones and writing out tickets manually. It’s a busy, sometimes messy business, but it’s what we do every day. We just try to keep the bookings organized and the passengers happy enough to reach their destinations.
