Quality Holiday Maker

Quality Holiday Maker is located in office number 138 on the first floor of Phoenix Complex in Sayjigunj. It’s not a huge office, just a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while we look at travel dates. We’ve been here for a while now. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at computer screens trying to figure out train timings or hotel spots for people. Sayjigunj is a busy area, so there’s always something happening outside the window. People come up to the first floor usually having a rough idea of where they want to go for their break. We just sit down with them and try to make it work. It gets a bit hectic during the summer months when everyone wants to leave at the same time. We don't have any glossy brochures everywhere or big TV screens showing beaches. It’s just a plain office where we do the paperwork. Sometimes it takes a while to get the bookings right, so we end up chatting quite a bit with whoever is visiting. We aren't a big chain, just a local spot in the complex. If you’ve been to Phoenix Complex, you know it can be a bit of a maze, but we're easy enough to find on the FF level. We just keep things simple and try to help folks get their trips sorted without too much stress. It is a lot of details.
