United Air Travel & Tours operates out of Kanjari, which is over in the Nadiad Taluka of Kheda district. It’s a quiet enough place most of the time. We aren’t one of those massive travel agencies in the big cities. We’re more of a local operation helping people figure out where they need to go. Our office is in the third part of the village area. It’s a simple setup with just what we need to book tickets and look at travel routes. People come in from around the district to talk about their plans. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking on the phone with different transport companies. It can get a bit confusing with all the different dates and times, but we manage. The building itself is just a standard place, nothing fancy to look at. We like it that way because it keeps things relaxed. Sometimes the neighbors stop by just to say hello. We’ve been doing this for a while and have seen many people head off on their trips. It’s good to see someone get their travel sorted without too much stress. We don’t have a website with fancy animations or anything like that. We just sit at our desks and do the bookings. It’s honest work and it keeps the lights on. Being in Kanjari means we know the people around here pretty well. We just take it day by day.
