For Udhyam Infosys Pvt. Ltd., we are based in the Kashivishveshwar Township, in unit E1-209. It is more of a quiet area compared to the main city center, which we like. Being in a township means we see the same neighbors every day and it feels a lot more like a community. It is definitely different than working in a big commercial building. We have our setup in one of the rooms and it works fine for the work we do. The morning starts early here before the sun gets too hot. We have some plants near the entrance that we try to keep alive, though we forget to water them sometimes. The work we do is mostly on the computer, so we don't need a huge amount of space for equipment. There is a small kitchen area where we make our own tea. Sometimes we spend the whole day without even leaving the office at all. The township is usually peaceful, except for when the local kids are playing outside in the late afternoon. We keep our records in some old metal cabinets. The walls are a plain color, nothing fancy at all. We have a few extra chairs in case someone comes by to talk or drop something off. It is a steady environment for us. We don't have any big corporate banners or signs. Just a small nameplate near the door so people know they have the right place. It is a simple life here.
