We are located in the Hirawanti Chamber building specifically on the second floor. You can find us at office number 12 on the Harni Varsia Ring Road in the Karelibaug area. We are right opposite Aryakanya Vidhyalay which makes it very easy to explain our location to people. Our office is a busy little place filled with stacks of maps and a lot of ringing phones. We spend our days trying to figure out the best routes for people who want to go somewhere else for a little while. It is not always easy because flights get delayed or prices change every few minutes. We just sit at our desks and navigate through all the different booking systems. The office gets a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at the same time. We have piles of brochures that sometimes fall over but we know where everything is. Being on the Ring Road means there is constant traffic noise outside but we do not mind it much. It is a convenient spot for people to stop by after they drop their kids off at the school across the street. We do not have any fancy posters or a big waiting lounge for guests. It is just a couple of tables some chairs and a few computers that have seen better days. We just focus on getting the itineraries right and making sure people have their papers ready. It is a lot of typing.
