Trivedi Infotech sits in shop number 8 of the Shubh Complex. We are right by Sai Chokdi in Manjalpur, which is a busy spot. It’s a good location because people can find us easily when they are out doing their usual errands. The shop is filled with all sorts of computer parts and software boxes stacked on the shelves. It’s not a large place, just enough room for a couple of desks and some storage. We do a lot of computer repairs and also help people set up new systems for their homes. A lot of folks from the area come to us because we’ve been here for a long time. We don't use big words to explain what's wrong. If a hard drive is dead, we just tell you it's dead. Sometimes it takes a few days to get a specific part delivered, and we have to ask the customer to be patient. Most people are understanding about it. The complex can get quite noisy in the afternoon, but we just focus on the machines in front of us. We have a small kettle in the back for tea because the days can get long. We aren't looking to expand into some massive company. We just want to keep the shop running and help the people who live around Sai Chokdi. If you walk in, you’ll probably see one of us working on a motherboard. That’s the usual scene here every day of the week.
