We are located at the Ruturaj Complex on Vasna Road, specifically in shop SB 18. We’re right near the HDFC Bank and across from the Taksh Complex, so most people in this part of Vadodara know the area well. It’s a small, functional office where we handle tourism services as Trinity Tourism. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. The office is pretty simple, with just enough room for us to work and for a couple of people to sit and talk with us. We aren't interested in being a giant agency. We prefer keeping things on a smaller scale where we can actually remember who we are talking to. Most of the day is spent checking ticket prices or calling up hotels to confirm bookings. It’s not always exciting work, but it keeps us busy and we like it. We don't use any big marketing slogans or anything like that. People mostly find us through friends or just by seeing our sign when they’re going to the bank. We try to be as clear as possible about costs and what people can expect on their trips. It’s a decent place to work, and we get to hear some interesting stories from people returning from their travels. We're usually here from morning until the sun goes down, just getting through the daily list of tasks.
