Travels Office

We are based at C/21 in Saraswati Nagar. It’s right across from the Electric Locoshed in the Navayard area. If you’re coming down Chhani Road in Baroda, you can’t miss the locoshed, so that makes us easy to find. This is our Travels Office. It’s a small place, nothing too fancy. We have a few chairs for customers and a couple of desks where we work on bookings. Most of what we do involves sorting out travel plans for people in the neighborhood or those passing through. It’s a noisy area with the trains and the road traffic, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve been in this spot for several years. We don't have a huge fleet of vehicles parked right here; those are usually out on the road. This is just the hub where the planning happens. It’s a simple operation run by people who know the routes around Gujarat well. We don't use glossy brochures or big sales pitches. People just come in, ask for a price, and we tell them what we can do. Sometimes the power goes out or it gets too hot, but we keep the fans going and get the work done. It’s a practical, local business. We like being part of the Navayard community. It feels real. We just focus on getting people from one place to another without any fuss or trouble. It works for us and the people we serve every day.
