We are located right in 403 Rajratna Apartments on Vasna Road. It is directly across from Saint Kabeer School, so the street gets pretty busy whenever school lets out for the day. Most days we are just here at our desks taking calls about bus tickets and car rentals. We have been in Baroda for a while now. Some of our staff members have been working here since the very start. We do not have a big fancy lobby or anything like that, just a regular office space where we handle all the paperwork. People usually come in to talk about their upcoming trips or to pick up their travel documents. The apartment building is quite easy to find if you know where the school is. There is almost always a bit of tea being shared in the afternoon while we check the latest schedules. We handle a lot of local travel and some longer trips across the state too. It is a lot of coordination with the drivers and making sure the vehicles are where they need to be at the right time. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow or a phone line acts up, but we always manage to get things sorted out for people. We know the roads around Gujarat pretty well by now. If you drop by, you will probably see a few of us typing away or chatting with a client who lives nearby. It is a straightforward operation. (246 words)
