Our office is at 112-Jyoti Society. It's a nice enough area here in Vadodara. We’ve been operating from this same spot for quite a long time now. We do travel bookings and logistics for people. It’s mostly regular customers who live in the society or businesses we’ve worked with for over a decade. The office has that old-school feel to it with the ceiling fans and heavy desks. We have big cupboards for all the paper files. We don’t use much fancy software if we can help it because we like the old way. A lot of our day is just talking to people and figuring out the best way to get them to their destination. We have a small team of four people. Everyone knows everyone else's business here. It’s not a corporate skyscraper with an elevator, just a house converted into an office. We like the slow pace of things here. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a big tour group to organize for the summer. We don’t really have a mission statement or a slogan. We just try not to make any mistakes with people’s tickets because that causes a lot of trouble. The neighbors in Jyoti Society are nice people. We see them every morning when we park our scooters. It’s a very local way of doing things. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes in. Most days are pretty good and we stay busy.
