Titlis Engineering & Projects Private Limited

Our office is over at Synergy House, Plot No 105, on Subhanpura Road. It’s a good location because we are right near Inorbit Mall, so everyone knows where that is. We do engineering and project work. The office is basically a few rooms with desks and a bunch of blueprints lying around. We have some engineers who are always busy with calculations and some people who handle the office stuff. It’s a private limited company but we operate more like a small group of friends. We don't have a dress code or anything formal. Most days are spent on the phone or in meetings discussing project timelines. Subhanpura is a busy area in Vadodara, and the traffic can get really thick in the evening when everyone is heading to the mall. We usually stay in the office until the rush dies down. We have a small pantry where we make tea. The atmosphere is quiet, mostly just the sound of typing or people talking on their mobiles. We’ve been at this address for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit with all the new buildings. We just keep doing our projects and moving from one to the next. It’s a practical way to run things. We don't spend money on fancy decorations, we just focus on the drawings and the site work.
