Tula Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is situated at Plot No. 976-3 on Road B of the Gidc Ind. Estate. If you come down Road B, you’ll see our gate with the old blue paint. It’s a busy spot. We do a lot of heavy engineering work, and the sound of the overhead crane is something you hear all day long. The floor is thick concrete because the machines we use are quite heavy and would crack anything else. We have a small crew of guys who have been with us for a long time. They know exactly how the old machines like to be handled. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend half a day tinkering with them to get back on track. We don't have a fancy lobby for visitors; you usually just walk straight into the workspace. There’s a small desk near the entrance where we keep the ledger and the delivery notes. It’s often covered in a bit of grit from the air outside. We focus on getting the dimensions right and making sure the welding is solid. We aren't big on corporate talk or fancy presentations. We just show the work we’ve done and let that be it. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment where we put in the hours and go home tired. That’s just the way it is here on Road B. Every day brings a new set of parts to finish.
