Resource Engimech (India) Pvt. Ltd. is over at Plot No. 20 in the Gidc. It’s a decent-sized plot, and we’ve filled most of it with our gear and workbenches. The place is usually a bit of a mess of metal parts and tools, but that’s because we are always in the middle of some project or another. Gidc is a loud place to work, but we’ve gotten used to the hum of the neighboring factories. We spend a lot of our time on maintenance and making sure the engimech side of things is running without too many hiccups. We have a small team of guys who have been doing this for years, so we don't really need a lot of meetings or big explanations. Everyone just knows their role. The office is just a small corner where we keep the records and take a few calls. It can get pretty stuffy in the afternoons, but we keep the fans going and get on with it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to make sure the work we do at Plot 20 is solid. We go through a lot of tea and spend a lot of time talking about how to fix things that break. It’s a simple life, and we are fine with it being that way as long as the work keeps coming. Everyone just does their part and we head home.
