Aim Engineering Plastics

Aim Engineering Plastics is located at Plot No. 303-1-21 in the GIDC Industrial Estate. We deal with plastic materials and all the various ways they need to be shaped or handled for industrial use. It’s a different kind of work than metal, but the environment is much the same. Our plot is tucked away among many others, and we spend our hours monitoring the machines and checking the output. We aren't a big corporation with many layers of management. Usually, it’s just us on the floor making sure the runs are going okay. Plastics can be tricky depending on the temperature and the molds we are using. We have learned a lot by just doing the work year after year. The GIDC is a busy hub, so there is always a lot of movement outside our gates. Inside, we just try to keep things orderly so we can find what we need. We don't have a slick website or a marketing person. If people want to know about us, they usually just stop by the estate and see what we are doing. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We mostly focus on the technical details and don't worry much about the rest. Every day brings a new set of small challenges, and we just handle them as they come without making things more complicated than they need to be.
