Our building is at 848 Makarpura Gidc Industrial Estate. It’s a solid, grey building that looks like many others in this part of the city. Inside, we have our operations set up to handle the daily workload. Even though we are a private limited company, we don't really act like the big ones you see on TV. We’re mostly just a group of people who know how to handle the machinery and get the orders out the door. The floor is usually busy with someone moving a pallet or checking a machine setting. There is a small office space where the phone rings more than we’d like, but that’s business. We have a small area where we keep our lunch boxes and take quick breaks. The industrial estate can be a dusty place, so we are always wiping down the equipment. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a list of what needs to be shipped by Friday. It’s the kind of place where you learn something new by fixing a mistake. We’ve been at this address for a while, and the neighborhood hasn't changed much, just more trucks on the road. We stay focused on the work in front of us. If an order comes in, we process it, pack it, and move on to the next one. It’s a steady rhythm that we’ve grown used to.
