We’ve been operating out of Siddharth Complex for quite a few years now. Our office is number 109, right on R C Dutt Road here in Alkapuri. If you’ve ever walked down this street in Vadodara, you know it gets pretty busy with all the cars and people rushing around. Inside our office, it’s a bit different. It’s mostly just a few desks, some old chairs, and a lot of papers scattered about. We don't really go for that polished corporate look you see in the big brochures. We just need a place to sit and get the travel bookings done. Most days are spent talking to people about their flights or trying to sort out hotel stays that didn't go quite right. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from morning until we close up in the evening. Sometimes the fan makes a bit of noise, and we have to talk louder over the phone. We usually get our tea from the guy around the corner, and we take a few minutes to just breathe before the next person walks in. We know the other folks in the complex well, and it feels like a little community of its own. We don't have any big mission statements hanging on the wall. We just try to make sure that when someone pays for a trip, they actually get where they are going without any extra trouble. It's a simple way of doing things, but it works for us.
