The Dynamic Computers

Down in Alkapuri at 29-B, that’s where we keep the shop for The Dynamic Computers. It’s a decent-sized space, but it feels smaller because of all the inventory we have stacked up against the walls. We’ve got everything from cables to keyboards and internal components that most people never even see. The place has a specific smell of electronics and dust that you get used to after a few minutes. We aren't really the type of shop that has everything organized perfectly. There’s a certain logic to the clutter, even if it doesn't look like it to someone walking in off the street. We get a lot of students and office workers from the Alkapuri area coming in because they’ve run into some kind of trouble with their laptops. We sit them down, take a look, and tell them what we think. Sometimes the answer isn't what they want to hear, but we don't see the point in sugarcoating things. We also spend time putting together custom setups for people who want something specific. It’s satisfying to see a machine come together from a pile of parts. We usually have a radio playing in the background, mostly just for some noise while we work. It’s just a regular computer shop where we try to be helpful and get the hardware back in working order so people can get on with their lives.
