Tekmetro Software Private Limited

Tekmetro Software Private Limited is located in Vadodara, specifically in the Gotri area. We are in house C/17 within the Alankar Society in Gadapura. Since we are tucked away in a society, it feels a lot different than being in a massive glass office building downtown. It is much quieter here, and you mostly just hear the sounds of the neighborhood instead of constant traffic. We like this because it helps us concentrate on the software work we do every day. The office is basically a converted space that we have set up with all our servers and computers. There is no big receptionist or waiting room; if you come by, you just walk in and find us working at our desks. We have a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing at any given time. We spend a lot of hours here, especially when a project is nearing a deadline, but the atmosphere is pretty casual. Sometimes we take our breaks outside in the society common area just to get some fresh air. It is a very local way of running a business, and we are quite comfortable with the lack of corporate stuffiness. We do not worry about looking perfect; we just worry about making sure the software we are working on actually functions the way it is supposed to. It is just a regular daily grind for us.
