Technocraft Enterprises

Makarpura GIDC is the place where all the work happens in this part of town. Our unit is at 905/7 and it sits right in the middle of the industrial estate. Technocraft Enterprises has been operating from this location for quite some time. You can hear the sounds of heavy machines from every direction throughout the day. It is a very industrial atmosphere with lots of grease and lifting. We focus on our engineering tasks. The shed is large and we have various machines lined up for different jobs. It is not the cleanest place in the world but it is a real working shop. We spend most of our time out on the floor rather than sitting in the small office. The heat in the afternoon can be very tough especially when the metal we are working on is hot. We usually have a few guys working on different projects at the same time. We do not spend money on fancy brochures or websites to get work. People in the estate know us and word spreads that way when someone needs something made. Sometimes a truck gets stuck in the narrow lane outside and we have to wait for it to move before we can load our own goods. We have a simple routine that starts early in the morning. We take a short lunch break when things quiet down a bit. It is honest work and we do not try to make it sound fancy. (250 words)
