Techno Plast

Techno Plast has been located at 795 in the G.I.D.C. Estate at Makarpura for a long time. It’s an industrial area, so there is always a lot of noise from the machines and trucks moving around. Our space is pretty big, which is good because we have a lot of stuff to move. The floor is usually covered in some kind of dust or scraps, but that’s just how it is in a place like this. We spend most of our time checking the machines and making sure everything is running. It gets really hot in the summer, especially near the back of the building where the ventilation isn't the best. We have a small cabin for the office work, but mostly we are out on the floor. Most of the guys here have been with us for years. We know the neighbors at the other units too. We often share tools or help each other out when a truck gets stuck. It’s not a polished corporate office. We have grease on our hands and we talk over the sound of the equipment. If you come by, you’ll probably see us drinking tea in the small shade outside the gate during break time. We don't do much advertising. People usually find us because they heard about us from someone else in the estate. We just try to keep things moving and get the orders out the door.
