T.E.B

Our office is tucked behind the Yoginivasant Devi Hospital in Baroda. It’s actually a duplex in Vrajpark, at number 14. Being in a residential-style building makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a standard office block. Lalbaug is a decent area to work in. We have a small team here at T.E.B, and we’ve mostly got our own corners where we sit and do our tasks. It can get a bit crowded when we have a lot of files or equipment out on the tables. Because we are near a hospital, there’s usually some activity outside, but inside we try to keep it focused. We don’t have a polished front desk or any of that. If you walk in, you’re likely to just see one of us working on a computer or writing something down. We handle our own tea and coffee. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside and you can hear them through the windows. It’s a very normal, everyday sort of place. We don’t pretend to be some huge corporation. We’re just a small group of people in Baroda doing our best to stay organized and get our work done on time. It’s quiet enough that we can think, but busy enough that the days go by pretty fast. We just take it one day at a time here.
