Teacode Technologies Private Limited

Teacode Technologies is based out of A/221 in Monalisa Residency, which is in a quieter part of Vadodara. It’s more of a residential spot than a big business district, which suits us just fine. Being in a residency means we don’t have to deal with the crazy city center traffic every single morning. The office is basically a few rooms where we’ve set up our equipment. We do a lot of coding here, hence the name, and yes, we do drink a fair amount of tea while we’re at it. It’s not some high-tech lab you see in movies; it’s just a bunch of regular people writing code and solving problems on their screens. Sometimes the neighbors are out walking, and you can hear the normal sounds of the village area around us. We like the pace here. It allows us to actually think without a lot of bells and whistles going off. Most of our day is spent staring at monitors and talking through logic. We don’t have fancy uniforms or big corporate slogans on the walls. It’s just us, some chairs, and our computers. We’ve been in this Vadodara spot for a bit now, and it works for what we need to do. It’s a straightforward way to run a company, focusing on the actual work instead of the image. We usually wrap things up around six and head home to our families.
