Taj Group Of Hotels

This is the Taj Residency office right here in Vadodara. Even though the name sounds big and famous, this specific spot is just where we handle the local operations. We’ve been part of the Vadodara landscape for a long time. The building has a lot of history, and you can feel it when you walk through the hallways and look at the old architecture. It’s not all glitz and glamour behind the scenes, though. There’s a lot of hard work involved in keeping a place like this running every day. We have a big team of cleaners, cooks, and desk staff. Everyone has their job to do and we just get on with it. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just try to make sure that when someone stays with us, they have what they need for a good night's rest. Sometimes the air conditioning gets moody or a bulb burns out in a hallway, and we have to scramble to get it fixed before anyone notices. It’s a busy life. We see people from all walks of life coming through our doors. Some are here for big weddings and others are just tired businessmen. We treat everyone the same, really. We’re just people working in a hotel. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a list of things to do for the day. That’s how we keep the Taj name going here in Gujarat.
