Syguru Innovators Pvt. Ltd. operates out of the Siddharth Complex on R.C. Dutt Road. We are on the 8th floor, room 820, so we have a bit of a view of Alkapuri, though it’s mostly just other buildings and the street below. The elevators can be a bit slow in the morning when everyone is trying to get to their offices at the same time. Once you’re inside, it’s just a standard workspace. We have our desks set up in a way that makes sense for the projects we’re currently working on. There isn't any fancy interior design here; we just use what we have to get the day's tasks out of the way. Alkapuri is a busy part of town, so there’s always something happening outside. We usually grab lunch from one of the small spots nearby or just eat at our desks if we’re busy. It feels like a real community in this building because you see the same faces every day. We don’t spend a lot of time thinking about corporate image or anything like that. We are just a group of people who show up, do the work, and deal with the usual office stuff like printer jams or empty water bottles. It’s a straightforward environment where the focus is just on the actual jobs we have in front of us. No more, no less. It is a bit cramped sometimes but we make it work just fine.
