We run the General Sales Agency for Swiss International Airlines out of a small office in Baroda. Specifically, we are at 3 Parmeshwar-Duplex on the Sussen-Tarsali Road. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than being in the middle of the city. We have a small team here that takes care of ticket bookings and inquiries for people looking to fly with Swiss. It’s a duplex house that we turned into an office space, so it has a very different feel than a typical travel agency. You’ll find us sitting around a few desks with the sound of the ceiling fans in the background. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to passengers and travel agents. Baroda is a growing place, and more people are traveling abroad now, so we stay pretty busy. The Sussen-Tarsali area has changed a lot since we first started here. We don't have a big storefront with bright lights. Most people find us through word of mouth or by looking up the official GSA details. We just handle the bookings, deal with the baggage questions, and help people understand the flight schedules. It’s simple work, but it keeps us on our toes. We like the quiet neighborhood vibe here because it lets us focus on the details without too much outside noise.
