Swiss Airline

Our office is tucked away at B/561 in Saurabh Park. It’s behind the Samta Flats in Subhanpura here in Vadodara. It’s not a huge airport office, just a local place where we handle stuff for Swiss Airline. Usually, it's just a couple of us here at the desks. We deal with ticket bookings and people calling to ask about their luggage or flight times. It’s a quiet residential area, so it doesn’t feel like a typical busy business district. Sometimes people get lost trying to find Saurabh Park because the turns can be a bit confusing if you aren't from this side of town. We have our computers and some brochures lying around, but it’s mostly just us working through the daily flight schedules. I’ve been here for a bit and I’ve learned a lot about how the international flights connect through Switzerland. People come in wanting to visit family in Europe or for business trips. We just sit here, drink some tea, and try to get the bookings right. The office is small but it works for what we need. We don’t have a big neon sign out front, just the address and the name on a small plaque. It’s a steady job. Most of our work is done on the phone or through the system, but we do get walk-ins who live in the Subhanpura area. It feels more like a local neighborhood spot than a big airline hub.
