Surprise Shoppe

We are Surprise Shoppe and you can find us at 11 Devpushp Flats. We are right near the Tulsidham Char Rasta in the Manjalpur area. Being near a major crossroad like that means there is always traffic and people walking by. Our shop is part of the residential complex, which makes it feel a bit more like a neighborhood place than a big commercial store. We’ve lived and worked around here for a while now. Most days are pretty much the same. We come in, check what needs doing, and wait for the first few people to show up. It’s a comfortable space, not too large, but we fit everything in somehow. We don't spend a lot of money on decorations or making things look like a mall. It’s just shelves and the items we have for sale. Sometimes the kids from the flats come by, or people heading home from work stop in quickly. We like the pace here. It’s not too fast, but it’s never really dead either. We handle the cleaning and the stocking ourselves. It’s a lot of work sometimes, especially when it’s hot outside, but we just get on with it. There’s no big corporate office behind us. It is just a small local shop trying to be useful to the people living in Manjalpur and near Tulsidham. That is basically our whole story in a nutshell. We just keep the doors open and do our work.
