Our place is located over in GIDC Nandesari, which is pretty much what you’d expect from an industrial estate. It gets quite busy around here with trucks moving in and out at all hours. We’ve been operating out of this area for a long time, so we are used to the noise and the constant activity. The roads in Nandesari can be a bit rough sometimes, but it’s where all the action is for businesses like ours. We don't have a flashy office with modern art; it’s just a functional space where we keep things running. Most mornings start with a quick check of the schedule before the heat kicks in. The staff mostly hangs out near the local canteen during lunch. It’s a tight-knit community here in the GIDC area because everyone is dealing with the same power cuts or transport issues. We just focus on our work and try to stay organized. If you’re looking for us, you just follow the main road through the estate. It’s not hard to find once you know the general layout of the blocks. We keep our heads down and handle the production side of things. It’s a bit dusty and loud outside, but that’s just life in Nandesari. We’ve been here long enough that the surroundings feel like home now, even with all the industrial chaos.
