If you head out to the Industrial Estate in Nandesari, you will eventually find us at 129/1/8. Sudeep Pharma Ltd is tucked away in a spot that is easy to find once you know the estate layout, but first-timers usually wander around for a bit. The whole area is full of industrial units, so there is always a truck or a tanker blocking some part of the narrow road. Inside our gates, things are a bit more organized, though it still feels like a factory through and through. We spend a lot of time in white coats and making sure everything is wiped down, which is a bit different from the dusty roads right outside the gate. The building itself is a standard industrial block, nothing special to look at from the street. We have got a small garden patch near the entrance that we try to keep green, though the local heat makes it a real struggle. The staff mostly comes in on buses or motorbikes, and there is a specific rhythm to the shifts every day. It is not the kind of place where you will find people sitting in lounge chairs or having long coffee breaks. Most of the day is spent checking gauges or looking at containers in the storage area. It is quiet in the offices but the plant always has that low hum going on in the background. We have stayed here because it is where the industry is, and it suits our daily work perfectly.
