Sterling Hoffman Software Consultants is located in Baroda, specifically at 18 Sathyam Shivam Sundram Flat. We are on Dinesh Mill Road, which is in the Akota area. If you look for the Veraimata Temple, you will find us pretty easily since it is right nearby. Working out of a flat instead of a big office block makes things feel a bit more relaxed and less formal. We have our computers set up in what used to be living spaces, and it works out quite well for our software work. The Akota area is a nice part of Baroda with plenty of trees and some decent places to grab a bite. Our office doesn't have any expensive furniture or fancy lighting. We just have what we need to get our coding and consulting done every day. Sometimes the road outside gets a bit noisy, but we just close the windows and get back to work. We don't have a receptionist, so if someone knocks on the door, one of us just gets up to answer it. It’s a small group of us and we’ve been working together for a long time now. We usually have some music playing or just the sound of the fans. It’s a very simple setup and we like it that way because it keeps things uncomplicated. We just focus on the software and let everything else take care of itself.
