Sterling Hoffman is over in Manjalpur, specifically at 40/B in Sitabaug Society, Vadodara - 390 011. It’s a quiet residential area, which is a nice break from the louder parts of town. We do software consulting here, but don’t let the name make you think of some shiny glass building. We’re in a society, so it feels more like a home than an office. We have our computers set up and we spend our hours looking for bugs or talking to clients about their systems. It’s a bit of a slow pace in the neighborhood, but inside we’re usually typing away. The neighbors are nice, mostly families who have lived there for decades. Sometimes you hear a pressure cooker whistling from the house next door while you're in a meeting. It keeps things grounded. We don't have a big fancy sign out front, just a small one so people can find us. It’s a practical setup. We like that we can just step outside for some fresh air and see trees instead of just concrete. Being in Vadodara is good for us. We’ve been doing this for a while and 40/B has become our second home. We just do our work and keep things moving without any big fuss or complicated corporate rules. Software can be frustrating sometimes, but being in this spot makes it a bit better. We just handle the code and keep our heads down.
