Sterling Hoffman Software Consultancy Pvt., Ltd is based in Sonal Apartment, occupying units 57 and 60. We are in the Shinde Colony area, which is quite close to Kevdabaug here in Vadodara. The apartment building is an older style, so it has a bit of character compared to the new glass buildings you see elsewhere. Inside, we have turned the space into a workspace for our software projects. There are computers everywhere and plenty of cables running along the floor. We do a lot of coding and consulting work from here. It’s a quiet neighborhood for the most part, which is good for when we need to concentrate on a difficult bit of programming. We usually have some coffee or tea going in the small kitchen area to keep us moving. There isn't a big sign outside, so you have to know which block of Sonal Apartment to go into. We like being near Kevdabaug because there are some good spots to walk to when we need a break from looking at screens all day. Our team is small, mostly just people who really know their way around a computer. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist, just a doorbell and some very busy people working behind their monitors. It’s a practical setup that works for the kind of technical work we do. We’ve been in this spot for several years and it feels like home to us.
