Sterling Health Mall

Our place is at F-1, Shreenathji Duplex, tucked away behind St. James Church in the Fatehgunj area of Baroda. Fatehgunj is a lively part of the city with a lot of shops and students from the university. Our office is in a duplex, so it has two levels which we use for different things. We handle health-related products and information. It’s not a big shopping mall like the name might suggest; it's more of a focused office and storage space. Being behind the church makes it a bit quieter than the main Fatehgunj road. We often hear the church bells or the sounds of the neighborhood. The office is filled with boxes and shelves. We don't have a fancy showroom. We mostly deal with people who already know what they are looking for. The staff here is small, and we all pitch in with everything, from answering the phone to packing orders. We have a small porch where we sit sometimes during our tea break. The weather in Baroda is usually quite warm, so we keep the fans going all day. It’s a very practical setup. We aren't into big marketing campaigns; we just focus on keeping the inventory right and making sure we are here when people need us. It’s a nice, central location that is easy for us to reach every morning without too much trouble.
