Our office is at 5/Sharon Park, right behind the Gelani Petrol Pump in the Nizampura area of Baroda. Most people find us by looking for the petrol pump first since it's a big landmark. We’ve been in the travel business for quite a while now. Our place in Sharon Park is small and full of brochures and maps. We spend a lot of time planning trips for families and people going on business. It’s a lot of work to get the timings and the tickets just right. We use old computers and have a lot of notebooks where we jot down notes while talking to customers. In 390002, everyone knows everyone, so we get a lot of people just dropping in to say hello or ask about a train ticket. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. We just rely on people telling their friends about us. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's very quiet and we just sit and talk. We've seen a lot of changes in how people travel over the years, but we still do things the way we always have. It’s about being helpful and making sure people get where they need to go without too much trouble. Just a local travel shop run by people who live right here. We try to keep the coffee pot full and the advice honest for anyone who walks in. That’s how we’ve always done it.
