You can find us at H-274 in the Vrajbhumi Society. We are right over near Lakulesh-1 on Ajwa Road in Baroda. It’s a local neighborhood, so it doesn't feel like a big business district. Our office is basically part of the society where people live and walk their dogs. We do a lot of travel bookings for folks who live nearby. If someone needs a bus to another city or a train ticket, they usually just walk over and talk to us. We have a couple of desks and a lot of paper schedules lying around. The internet can be slow sometimes, which makes the booking process take a bit longer than we’d like, but people don't seem to mind much. We usually have some water or tea for anyone waiting. Ajwa Road can get quite noisy with all the traffic, but inside Vrajbhumi, it’s a bit calmer. We’ve been at this for years now. We know most of the routes by heart. It’s not a shiny agency with posters of palm trees everywhere. It’s just a functional room where we work. We try to keep things simple. If a bus is late, we tell you. If a price goes up, we let you know. It’s just honest work helping people get from one place to another without too much fuss. We are usually here from morning until the evening, just sorting through the travel plans for the neighborhood.
