We are located at A-6 Shree Nagar Soc. in the Akota area of Vadodara, Gujarat. Our office is right near the Jain Temple, which is a very well-known landmark around here. Being part of Sotc Trade Fair Tours, which is a division of Kuoni Travel (I) P. Ltd., means we handle a lot of travel arrangements. The office is in a residential society, so it feels quite different from a typical high-rise business building. We have been in this spot for several years. The neighborhood is usually quite peaceful, except when there is a festival at the temple. We spend our days looking at flight schedules and tour itineraries. It is a lot of coordination with people from different places. Our desks are usually covered in brochures and maps. Sometimes it gets a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We do not really use fancy sales pitches. We just talk to people about where they need to go and how to get there. Working in travel can be stressful when plans change last minute, but we just take it as it comes. Most of our clients are from Vadodara or other parts of Gujarat. They stop by the office after visiting the temple or while doing their errands. It is a small team here and we all do a bit of everything, from answering phones to filing papers. That is how we keep things moving in Akota. It is just our daily routine.
