You can find us over in the Gotri area of Baroda, specifically at Vaibhav Bunglows, TB.5. We are right behind the Inox Multiplex, so it’s a landmark everyone knows around here. We spend our days helping people figure out their travel plans. It’s not like those big fancy agencies you see in movies; we just have a few desks, some brochures that are usually a bit out of order, and a lot of maps. People come in with ideas for vacations, and we sit down to look at dates and prices on the computer. It gets a bit noisy on weekends when the mall nearby is crowded, but we like the energy. The office is basically a converted bungalow, so it has a comfortable, lived-in feel to it. We don't wear formal suits or anything like that. We just dress for the weather and get to work. Most of our time is spent checking flight schedules or seeing if a hotel has any rooms left. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait for pages to load, so we chat with the customers about their local news. It’s a very straightforward way of doing things. We’ve been in this Gotri location for a while now, and we’ve seen a lot of families come back year after year. We just like helping people get where they want to go without making it too complicated.
