Soma Technology Pvt Ltd is based at E-114 Manjusar Malwani. We are right near Gate No 7. It’s an industrial sort of setting, and the area around Malwani is always buzzing with some kind of activity. Our unit, E-114, is where everything happens. We have a lot of technical stuff lying around, wires and components that might look like a mess to someone else, but we know where everything is. The lighting isn't the best, but it's enough to get the work done. Being near Gate No 7 means we see a lot of the logistical side of the area, with trucks and delivery vans passing by all day. We are a small team and we usually eat our lunch together at the big table in the back near the storage rack. There’s no marketing team or fancy suits here. We wear what's comfortable for working with hardware and software. The floor is concrete and the walls are a bit bare, but that's just how we like it. We focus on the technology side of things without making a big fuss or spending money on decorations we don't need. Some days are long, especially when we are trying to figure out a difficult problem or a piece of gear isn't working right, but we just stick with it. It's a simple, honest way to run a tech business. We are just a group of people at E-114 making things work every single day.
